She mixes, upcycles and reinterprets personal influences to create a unique point of view that portrays the diversity of cultures, time periods and influences, like a tapestry of what contemporary Chile is about.  She looks at Chile past, present and future with poetry, humor, texture and color.

Her collections are conversations about the feminine, the relationship of these women weavers  with their natural and urban surroundings. Her idea is always to connect, to create bridges between cultures, worlds, people.  Each collection is rooted in years of research.

Knitting is the main technique of RDG.  By constructing and deconstructing local techniques, her group of weavers achieves new volumes and relationships of the fibers as they relate to the body.  It happens during conversations and explorations of the full potential of the material and technique.
